This pathway is designed for learners with more complex learning disabilities and difficulties, including Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD). Pupils with PMLD are a distinctive group of learners who require a highly personalised curriculum tailored to their individual profile of learning needs.

Learners on this pathway access a bespoke, personalised curriculum designed specifically to meet their individual and complex needs. This curriculum places a strong emphasis on communication, sensory engagement, physical development, emotional wellbeing, and meaningful interaction, ensuring that learning is appropriate, accessible, and purposeful for each student.
